Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information provided and are not final until confirmed after an on-site or detailed review. Pricing may vary based on property specifics, materials, and scope of work.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Installation and service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment
Payment terms will be provided at the time of quote confirmation.
Property Access
By booking a service, you confirm that you have the authority to grant Outdoor Illumination Co. access to the property for installation, maintenance, or removal of lighting equipment.
Liability
While we take great care in our installation and maintenance work, Outdoor Illumination Co. is not liable for pre-existing property damage, electrical issues unrelated to our installation, or damage resulting from severe weather or third-party interference with installed lighting.
Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plan terms, including what's included in Basic and Premium plans, are outlined at the time of purchase. Plans may be modified or cancelled according to the terms provided at sign-up.
